I’d come across this company on Instagram. I frankly struggled a bit to find out where they were physically located (in Connecticut), so I opted to order online. Everything arrived quickly (frozen). I went in with no expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with their take …
This local cafe has something for everyone– including a wide selection of vegan and gluten-free options. Other options include – corn, okra, mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables. While the sunshine tofu is my favorite, I really do love everything here and try to make it part of my regular rotation. It’s such a unique and delicious take on vegan food.
