I try to get to Zesto once a week because I LOVE everything they make, their positive energy, and the fact they have new things to try all of the time. These enchiladas were so delicious and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Given their health focus and that everything is vegan and gluten-free, I feel great after eating their food– satisfied, but not stuffed.

Self-control and moderation are important cornerstones of any long-term diet or meal plan. While I have yet to master it (and am far from it), I believe in healthy alternatives and moderation over elimination. After a good wake, I treated myself to two half cookies and a half donut from a local bakery. This didn’t feel like much of a ‘cheat’ as what I had was dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and free from refined sugars! With all that, absolutely no sacrifice in flavor!
