Accountability is Key

Accountability has been key in my fitness transformation and healthy lifestyle. Using a @fitbit #fitness tracker and a gcm blood glucose monitor from @dexcom @signos, I can get and gather real-time feedback all the time. While there is certainly a risk of data overload, I’ve gotten to a place where they have become a passive part of life- helping to identify good ranges and optimize performance.
