Running In The Rain. Monday Motivation.

Day 183 – Monday Motivation. Looking a little blurry after my 3-mile walk/run (5,372 steps, 569 calories, 144 avg hr bpm, 13:15 pace). I definitely hesitated a bit before I got going, but am glad I got out! No excuses!
