Motivation Monday – Running in The Rain

Day 183 – Motivation Monday. I woke up to a rainy and gloomy day here in Connecticut. I am determined to find 30 min for a walk and run this morning. There is something about running in the rain that I thoroughly enjoy. A body in motion stays in motion!
