Mixing Things Up With Peanut Powder

I have a bad habit of eating the same things over and over to the eventual point of boredom. I ran into this issue with my @kachava chocolate meal replacement protein shakes, where I really needed to throw something new into my breakfast routine after 2 years! One of my favorite flavor profiles has always been peanut butter (which is not unhealthy). I was excited to come across @crazyrichardspb peanut butter powder– 50 calories a serving (I break it into two), with 6 grams of protein and <1 gram of natural #sugar. The best part is, the only ingredient is peanuts. In a world overflowing with highly processed food, it’s nice to find natural clean options. vegan plant-based
