Getting My Blood Sugar In-Range

Day 38 – After 3 weeks of wearing my blood glucose monitor from @dexcom @signos and 3 weeks of 40-70 min of cardio a day I am starting to stay in my target zone most of the time. This device and this data keep me accountable for my actions and give me a depth of insight into how my actions impact my glucose. I feel good.
