This chain has been as close (to me) as New York City for a while and hadn’t had a chance to check them out. I was happy to come across a location in New Haven, CT. I went for the potato mozzarella (they call it mozza, because they are hip and cool) dog with hot sauce and chili oil and hot sauce. I liked it – was a unique and complimentary flavor combination, but wouldn’t necessarily rush back. It also (and maybe it is meant to) felt like much more of a savory snack (clocking it at 800+ calories) vs a meal.
