Small changes add up over time and can make a big difference. I attribute my success to stacking small changes over time (and being patient with them). Find a small change you can make today, stick with it for a week and then add another and then another. Suggestions – more sleep, meditation, swap out snacks and meals, etc. The key is to stick with it. You won’t get it perfect out of the gate, you’ll have good days and bad days. You’ll take 3 steps forward one day and 4 steps back the next. It’s all about progress, not perfection.
