A big part of my healthy lifestyle healthy eating weight loss transformation is about consistency and routines- including the what, when, and how of food. Eating out has the potential to throw that all into chaos. healthy choices from lunch out today: skip the bread on the appetizer (cheese and olives are good), make the main course a #salad instead of a wrap, and add in some avocado and a pass on the dessert menu. 🥗🍴
