My Kids Eat Fruit At Dinner

Small changes add up over time. Replacing bad habits changes your behavior. The earlier we install healthy eating, it just becomes a natural passive part of your life. I am very happy that my kids have a strong grasp on self-control and moderation, things I still struggle with as an adult.
