Be’f Stir Fry (Caribbean) from Ethno in Norwalk, CT

I stumbled upon Ethno when I had a late-night good vegan food craving and I was so glad I did. The owner was so warm and inviting. While the menu is not 100% vegan, he’s created a solid list of options. The stir fry was perfectly seasoned and delicious. Even though the stir fry was the star, the rice and beans, and plantains were great too – really fresh and well done. Excited to go back for more!
